We are living in a defining moment
Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we learn, work, and interact with the world. However, these advances also pose significant challenges: how can we ensure that technology serves people, and not the other way around?
From this point, INclusive TrAIners was born, a project that seeks to support Continuos Vocational Training teachers in their adaptation to this new reality. Our purpose is clear: to empower those who teach, helping them integrate Artificial Intelligence in an ethical, inclusive, and people-centered way. How? By offering tools and knowledge that allow AI to be adopted in Continuos Vocational Training in an inclusive, ethical, and people-centered way. Because training in artificial intelligence is not just about teaching how to use it, but also about learning how to do so consciously, ensuring that digital progress advances hand in hand with the most human dimension.

A training where every teacher becomes an agent of change capable of leveraging AI to reduce inequalities, foster talent, and promote real opportunities for all.
INclusive TrAIners is a strategic partnership co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme (KA220-VET) led by Diputación Foral de Álava (Spain), together with entities from Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Poland, and Spain. For two years (2025–2027), we will work together to design more digital vocational training but also fairer and more inclusive.
