CNIPA Puglia
CNIPA Puglia is a legally recognized non-profit association with over 30 years of experience in vocational training and social inclusion, accredited by the Apulia Region.
With four accredited training centres, more than 50 qualified trainers, and over 70 learners trained each year, it serves as a regional benchmark in the VET sector.
Its mission is built on three pillars: delivering high-quality vocational training, supporting vulnerable people, and fostering the social and economic development of the territory.
The organization operates in key areas such as continuing education, apprenticeships, and EQF level 3–4 vocational pathways for vulnerable minors.
CNIPA Puglia stands out for its commitment to minors, unemployed adults, migrants, and people in detention, offering concrete and inclusive training pathways. Through its programmes within correctional facilities, the organization promotes rehabilitation, professional skill development, and social reintegration. With several Erasmus+ projects, CNIPA Puglia continually tests innovative teaching methodologies and builds high-impact European collaborations. Its work is aligned with the priorities of the European Community and guided by core values: Inclusion, Ethical Digitalization, Sustainability, and Active Citizenship.
