The INclusive TrAIners training resources are developed under a Creative Commons license, which means they are open and completely free, developed in editable and reusable versions.
These resources can be used together or independently, and include User Guides, which facilitate their implementation in different learning environments and contexts.
Open training platform
An open and innovative space aimed at training Continuos Vocational Training instructors to address the ethical challenges of incorporating AI into learning processes. Through active methodologies and practical resources, it offers a unique experience for learning how to use AI in an ethical, inclusive, and sustainable way.
The modules are designed to develop critical thinking, explore new ways of teaching through AI, and lead processes of change toward more humane, fair, and responsible professional development.
Virtual Lab
A learning environment where participants can experiment, create, and reflect on the ethical use of AI in continuing professional development.
Through challenges, simulations, and hands-on activities, participants explore how to apply the principles of equity, transparency, and accountability through AI in real-life learning scenarios.
It offers experiences tailored to different profiles and training needs, promoting the inclusion of vulnerable groups and strengthening teachers’ critical thinking.
AI resources Bank
A digital repository that brings together generative Artificial Intelligence tools that can be used in all phases of the training process. This resource is designed to support teachers in personalizing learning, assessing competencies, and creating more inclusive and ethical training pathways, paying special attention to the most vulnerable groups.
