The Inclusive TrAIners project has started Work Package 3 (WP3), a new phase focused on turning reflection on ethical and inclusive artificial intelligence into practical guidance and resources for continuing vocational education and training (CVET) professionals
To ensure that these materials respond to real situations, the work draws on the experiences and perspectives of professionals in the field, gathered through interviews.
Their contributions will help identify needs, opportunities and challenges related to the use of AI at different stages of the training process. The main outcome will be the Inclusive TrAIners Virtual Lab, bringing together practical resources that enable trainers to explore concrete scenarios and challenges and address the ethical use of AI at every stage of the training process.. The resources will address areas such as training design, learner selection, delivery and assessment, while focusing on principles including fairness, transparency, critical thinking and a human-centred approach.
Through this new work package, Inclusive TrAIners is moving closer to its goal of providing useful tools that enable CVET professionals to make informed decisions and use AI ethically and inclusively
